Yes — you pay per lab, never per person. Invite your whole team on one plan at no extra cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan is month-to-month with no annual term or long-term commitment — cancel from your billing settings whenever you like, and the subscription stays active only through the paid billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your lab remains available through a recovery and export period, and you can reactivate during that window. We will give the account owner advance notice and a final export opportunity before any future inactive-lab retention limit applies.
